I've read several times in your page "The Handbooks are wrong, Web Warriors is wrong" but in the end aren't those printed material from Marvel and should be taken into canon instead of something you read off the internet? For all we know you could be just an intern or someone who pretends to be Tom B, while the other material has been printed, sold and endorsed by Marvel itself.
You’re overlooking the fact that comic books are produced by human beings, and human beings make mistakes. So, sometimes, Bruce Banner becomes Bob Banner, the Hulk thinks about turning back into Don Blake, and Spider-Man muses about his real identity as Peter Palmer. But those are mistakes, not canon, regardless of whether they were “printed, sold and endorsed by Marvel.”
You could have simply said that Anya wasn’t on 616 when the universe was rebuild, making her the last survivor of the Earth Formerly Known as 616.
