I'm picking up SPIDER-ISLAND #1 and #2 because it has the backup story of MC-2 and Mayday Parker (Spider-Girl/Woman), but I notice no mention of that in the solicits for SPIDER-ISLAND #3; does that mean the backup story is contained in just #1 and #2?

That was a mistake! Sorry. The MC2 backup goes through all the issues of SPIDER-ISLAND and MC2 fans will LOVE it.
